All About Me

Hi I'm Wendy, a retired Medical Laboratory Technologist who now uses the kitchen as a "lab" to create healthy, real food dishes.  As a graduate of the Culinary Nutrition Expert Program, I want to share the knowledge I have acquired by helping people with meal planning and cooking skills, especially those transitioning to a gluten-free and dairy-free lifestyle.  I want to be your Kitchen Confidence Coach guiding you to make  healthy, real food meals while saving time and money.
