7 Day Custom Meal Plan

We work together to create one week's worth of recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks,
and desserts - if you are a sweets person.
You will have access to your meal planning program where you can change recipe serving sizes

1st Step - Questionnaire

  • Helps me find out what your likes and dislikes are

  • Do you need to follow a specific diet?

  • How much time do you have to prepare meals?

  • Your answers give me a good start on how to create your meal plan

2nd Step - Plan Created

  • We will go over the plan before you start by phone or zoom.

  • How To guide provided on navigating the online site.

  • You can follow the plan as is or take parts and incorporate them into your week.

  • If you see a recipe that doesn't appeal to you in the plan, we can swap it out before starting.

The Recipes

  • Your recipes can be adjusted by you online to whatever serving size you need at the time of making.

  • Notes section for each recipe for ways to change or cooking tip suggestions.

  • Swaps - ability to swap a recipe on your plan for a new one that follows your same diet rules (available for 1 month after plan created)

  • Recipes picked on how much time you have to prepare them.

  • Can be added to your plan for an additional fee of $15.00

  • A step by step guide to help you prepare the recipes for the 7 day plan as laid out

  • Will help you stay organized and plan your time efficiently.
